About me
My name is Samuel, I am originally from the UK. I am an aspiring web developer currently working in IT support in Tokyo. I have been living in Japan for over ten years with most of that being in Tokyo working as an English teacher and in IT support. After linving in Tokyo for seven years, I moved to Hokkaido for three years where I worked at an outdoor apparel and equipment store near to the local ski resorts. Here, I completely fell in love with the snow of Hokkaido, snowboarding and the nature of Japan. I spent a lot of time hiking the nearby mountains during the summer and enjoying the nature Hokkaido had to offer. After attending a Web Development bootcamp in Tokyo I have been working on my web development skills in my free time and built my first website for a client who has since become my Shamisen teacher.
